I have been playing this board game since I was a child so you can imagine my excitement when I found it in the Google Play Store for my tablet! Now, at age 60, I love it, maybe even more! Who doesn't love a good mystery, right? There are a few small things I would change. Make the classic players available and charge for the new, updated ones. Make the other mansions and players more affordable! Not everyone has the money to buy extras. Other than that, this game is great! I highly recommend it for all ages! Full Review

I loved the board game, and decided to buy this on sale. The basic version is like the board game, same characters and weapons and rooms. There are add-ons for new characters, rooms, etc. Each pack seems to be $6 each. I haven't bought those yet. After about 10 games I can say this is a lot of fun. There's no way to play with friends, which I miss. And I wish you could speed up the other characters movements. But these are really minor. Full Review

Needs a visual update, and maybe a bit of a modern feel to it, but overall it's a good game. EDIT: the amount of money they want to unlock anything in this game is astounding, 30 dollars for characters? That are just cards to look at? 30 dollars? 4 dollars for a different location? Play store shouldn't even allow this, no one in their right mind would pay that amount for anything of the sort. It's bad enough the app is 2 dollars, that should let you unlock everything with in-game currency by playing and winning. Lost all respect for this game. Full Review

Clue has always been my favorite classic board game. So when I saw this on sale, I had to buy it. For the most part, I can get around in the game. I wish there was more explanation, though, about notetaking, using hints, and getting characters and rooms. The app runs smoothly on my phone - a plus for me, since I worried about it. I recommend this game to anyone that loves Clue as much as I do. Full Review

Im glad i didn't pay for this app, its just unfortunate that it sitting in my history of payed apps now. Thank goodness for Google making these greey paid apps free for weeks, thank you google for making disgusting companies like these not get money. And if u read reviews that say we should stop whining like Samual well they clearly don't know how to handle or use money, if they throw it on something as worthless as this. Full Review

It's apparent that a lot of love went into the adaptation of the classic board game. But the DLC pricing is downright insane. Right now, unlocking all boards and characters, with no change to gameplay or difficulty, is $29.99, and that's with the 55% Halloween discount. It's extremely grating if you've bought bundles before that are included in the package deal, but you have to pay for them again. And yet we're still waiting for the multiplayer mode that was promised months ago. Full Review

I paid two dollars for this game and then discover that most of the stuff is still behind a pay wall? Plus no multiplayer? No. You can't have your bread buttered on both sides. Don't be pulling this EA bull on us. If you want to be f2p then be f2p. If you want to be a paid app then be a paid app. Greedy bastards. Full Review

Since the latest update, Clue is by far, the BEST mystery board game experience on the AppStore. I ended up becoming a VIP with the premium $30 package which includes all future DLC. Each game takes me about 20 minutes. It's a blast! I can't wait to play on the harder difficulties and climb the leaderboards. Thanks Marmalade for such a fun game! Full Review

I love the game! I love the checklist the best! Very accurate for keeping track! My only issue is that the checklist doesn't let you number the cards that you have which is bad because then I lose track of who knows what cards I have and I play a lot of six hard character games so keeping track of who knows what is vital for winning those. Finally a way to play Clue solo. For those curious, the Classic Board is essentially the same board as the default one just reskinned with art deco styles and a more uplifting score. It's not the 'classic board' as would be expected. But if you do buy it, buy the theme set which comes with the characters, too. The add-ons aren't necessary to enjoy the game. The characters don't seem to change it in any way, since it's not multiplayer and no one's going to see your character but you anyway. However, it does give you more characters to choose from to give the game some variation between plays. And Mrs. White comes in the classic theme set. And can be used simultaneously alongside Dr. Orchid. You can play against any number of AI opponents from 2 to 5, and each character can be set to their own level of difficulty: Easy, Medium or Hard. Which can give you a wide variety of setups. The game is a great addition to my library and joins 'A Matter of Murder' and 'Elder Sign: Omens' as one of my favorites. My suggestion would be to give more of an incentive to play. Full Review

PLEASE CONSIDER: -'Fling finger' or 'shake phone' for dice rolling action. -More interactivity in mansion rooms (or at least some animation). I kept wanting to swipe around and look at the room artwork but to no avail. Some for of minimal interactivity would spice up these scenes. -Enlarge personal deck when tapped on/hovered over (the cards are small and not being able to see them takes away from the classic board game aesthetic). -Ability to zoom on the map/board. Clicking on the tiny game tiles can become tedious, and it's a shame that we can't explore the 3D renders more. -Actual character models instead of tokens? That's a lot to ask, but I seemed to get more drawn in by the old PC version that included 'real' character models rather than colored tokens. -Ability to turn off auto-fill for clues on the clipboard. Seasoned players might like the challenge of keeping up with clues on their own. -PLEASE reduce the price on the classic theme. I bought the app thinking that I'd be playing with that board/characters, but $7 is a lot to ask after I've already paid to access the app. Lots of suggestions, but I do love this version of the game! Glad to see Clue back on the store! Full Review

I like it. My only issue is that you can't have multiple human characters. My best friend wanted to play this with me and she couldn't because there was no multiplayer option. At least add it in where more than one person can play on the same device together. I don't think it would be hard to add that feature in. And all the characters and things you guys have are really expensive and taking Mrs. White out as one of the original game characters wasn't a good move. I like the game but I'd like it a whole lot better if you fixed the issues I described. Especially the multiplayer issue. I didn't read the reviews on this app before buying it because I know people can be unfair in their reviews. After buying this game I looked through the reviews and it turns out most everyone who rated it badly had a right to. I paid 2.99 for this game thinking I'd get the classic clue game and be able to have some fun with it with my friends. But to my disappointment that didn't happen unfortunately and I am considering getting a refund because I expected much better than what I got Full Review
